Novo Nordisk Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to work in the Best Country for Work-Life Balance – DENMARK Finding a suitable balance between work and daily living is a challenge that all workers face. It impacts

  • Amount of time a person spends at work
  • Time devoted to leisure and personal care
  • Employment rate of women with children

I can personally vouch for this and in the 5 months that I have been here, my observations are

  • People are happy to come to work every morning
  • People have the drive to make a difference and want to give their best in everything
  • Women are crucial to the workplace and balance family and career successfully
  • People balance work and family amazingly well because of the support they have
  • People have the time and passion for socializing with friends and family, hobbies, leisure and personal care

I am very pleased to be part of Novo Nordisk which imbibes these elements from the Danish culture.

Take your call if this is important to you

In addition, something I watched recently that I would like to share with you all – 29 ways to stay creative!

I liked the link about creativity :). I’ll have to put that into action..especially with the office space and the notebook (now that we have our lovely Moleskin notebooks to come up with great ideas!)
