Category: Business Processes Uncategorized | 0 comments
  • Name: Christopher Hedquiest
  • Nationality: American (Salt Lake City, Utah)
  • Education: M.B.A., M.A. International trade and investment policy, The George Washington University, U.S.A.

  • Programme: Business Processes
    • 1st rotation: Associate product manager, Devices, Denmark
    • 2nd rotation: Associate product manager, Diabetes marketing, Australia
    • 3rd rotation: Project Manager, Corporate Strategy, Denmark
  • Position after the programme:
Global Product Manager, Modern Insulin and Devices (first position)
  • What do you think is the best thing about the graduate programme:
Exposure to many different areas, which not only gave me a diverse learning experience, but also a vast network that allowed me to transition easily to a permanent position.
  • Any tips to the applicants:
Keep a dose of humility in your application and throughout the rotations. While I have no doubt that today’s applicants have lots to offer, remember that the programme is all about your development.
Keep an open mind and work hard and you will be surprised at how much you can learn even when you least expect it.
I may also add that finding a permanent position is nothing to worry about. Most ex-graduates I talk with have at least one offer, if not more, by the time they finish the last rotation.
