Diabetes Care Specialist III, USA. Start: June 2011 - What do you think is the best thing about the graduate programme:
Over a 3 year period, you are introduced to many facets of Novo Nordisk from global to local, marketing to sales, therapy area to therapy area. Areas where most people who have worked for Novo Nordisk don’t see or get introduced to over a 10 year period. Being based majority of the time within the global organisation, you have the opportunity to interact and gain insight into many new cultures and traditions which impact your daily life and how you work on the different tasks. And finally you finish the programme with a wealth of information, insight and friends. - Any tips to the applicants:
Be open minded about what positions and tasks are provided to you. Moving to Turkey was the best unknown adventure I am glad that I took.
