- What do you think is the best thing about the graduate programme:
The best thing about the graduate programme is the people. All of them… in HQ, in the affiliate, people from Novo Nordisk I randomly meet at the airport and in particular the graduates. You will experience this feeling the first day you step in the company at the recruitment centre, and will realize that I am not a freak ;).
A part from that the possibility to do rotation in different countries it also gives you a huge opportunity to speed up you learning curve and career as well as the opportunity to do networking (very important!).
And guys…. it is a lot of FUN!
- Any tips to the applicants:Novo Nordisk is looking for the best talents and considering your academic achievements and amazing life experiences you know you are a top talent ! But a part from that, what really makes you the perfect candidate for this company is your positive energy and your personality. So try to be yourself and show energy and drive and most important do not forget to smile!!
