3 good reasons to keep reading the Graduate Blog…

Dear Candidates,

Now you are all done with the application period and another level comes up. From now on, your CV’s will be carefully examined and hopefully you will be invited for the firts interview.

We, as former graduates, keep writing our experiences for the assesment period. You better keep following up the blog since ;

1.We were in your shoes, not very long ago, indeed just a year ago.

So you can keep asking questions about the steps you are involved in. I remember using this blog very much as a guide last year.

2.You can also follow other programs, other candidates experiences through comments and questions.

3.You can motivate yourself via blog posts and get used to company culture.

Best regards and good luck for the interviews

    Dear Gourango,
I believe you can apply next year since the requirement is to be not working more than 1 year. By the time you apply, you will not be an old graduate of university. So, I think it will not be a problem to apply next year, your profession seems to be quite suitable for the R&D program as well. I would like to remind you that local HR will decide whether you are eligible or not, I am just writing my belief. I find you are one of the candidates for the next year’s program. Hope it goes well for you…

    Best regards

    Dear Inci,

Thank you for your valuable notes, I really appreciate the information I get by going through posts in this blog.

I am basically from Egypt and I applied for the local Business Graduate Program here in Egypt. I was wondering if the selection process would run on the local level or is it more of a globalized selection process where all applications are reviewed centrally from Denmark.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

    Best regards,

    Dear Bassel,
As far as I know, for the first interviews it much more in local level and then more globalized as you come up to an end. Local HR will be much involved in until your country’s candidates will be selected till 2-3 people.
Again, it is my suggestion and observation from last year. Hope it helps, good luck !

    Best regards

    Dear Inci,

If I’m selected what can I expect from the interview via telephone?
    What was yours like?

    Kind regards,

    Dear Werner,

You are invited to phone call, only if you are in a position such that you can not reach the local assesment center.
I was able to meet in assesment center so I do not know how the telephone interview is , but I believe it is a typical interview only made in telephone.

    Best regards,
