Global Business Processes Graduate
Ciao! My name is Francesca (alternatively Franci, Franzi or Frenchie depending on the country I live in:) ). I am 24, I come from Spilimbergo, a small city in northern Italy, but I have mostly been living abroad over the past years, and I loved it!

I joined Novo Nordisk’s Global Business Processes programme in September, and I am currently working in the Communications, Relations and Sustainability department, more precisely in the team that focuses on activities related to the Triple Bottom Line.

Besides travelling and exploring new cities, I enjoy good food and good company (yes, very Italian of me I know). Dance and sports in general are also quite a big part of my life.

I look forward to sharing my experience with you and answering your questions!

Why the Novo graduate programme? My Four P-s job mix!

“Graduate Programme or full-time position? Home or abroad? Generalist or specialist track?” Many questions were going on in my mind one year ago, as I was looking for the right job after business school. No answer was obvious to me, and career events seemed to have become a new hobby… I blamed my indecision on […]
