Dear Readers, I am Sreedipto from India. I joined the Novo Nordisk graduate programme in the year 2015 and its been quite an exciting journey so far. Through this blog I wish to share my experiences of the graduate programme and give you a sneak peek into a day in the life of a graduate.

A little background: I graduated as an engineer and then did my post graduation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI, India. My interests include listening to classical music and playing the violin.

I sincerely hope that I will be able to guide you to make an informed decision to join this wonderful programme that this is. Feel absolutely free to ask any questions that clouds your mind and I will be more than happy to help you out.
